Exchange Policy
- •No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
- •We offer only exchange of product.
- •If you receive a damaged/defective product or incorrect item, we will replace it with the next fastest possible courier facility.
- •You may select the same product or any other product from our store for exchange.
- •Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
- •Exchange process is approved once only.
- •Products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Post this, exchange is not allowed.
- •The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Unboxing video is required.
Exchange Process
- •Contact our customer service team at +91 7096223963 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to initiate a replacement request.
- •Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
- •Attach your unboxing video to our support number.
- •Our team will guide you on how to return the item, including any shipping instructions.
How To Exchange Products?
- •Customers are responsible for exchange shipping. You may send the return parcel to our warehouse address at your own cost.
- •We do not have any reverse pickup service currently.
- •If reverse pickup is arranged from our side, the customer will need to pay ₹250 for reverse shipping charges.
- •We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
⚠ We do not have reverse pickup service. You must send the parcel to our warehouse at your own shipping cost.
Exceptions
- •Undergarments, swimwear (with hygiene seals removed), and personalized/customized products may not be eligible for exchange.
- •Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may have different exchange conditions.
- •If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
