Return & Exchange

At Chhorii, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange facility under specific conditions.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear and uncut opening video is mandatory for any damage-related exchange.
  • Sale/discounted items or items purchased using coupons are not eligible for exchange.
  • Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or altered items are not eligible.
  • Exchange denied if reason is simply "dislike fabric/color".
  • Size exchange includes a ₹200 courier fee.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

In case of a damaged product (with valid opening video proof), customers can:

  • Opt for an exchange (design change)
  • Or request store credit (voucher code)

Store credit will be emailed to your registered ID. For issues: support@chhorii.in


Reverse Pickup

Available for exchange requests.
Fee: ₹200.
Pickup scheduled after payment via link.

Cancellation

  • Prepaid: Cannot be canceled.
  • COD: Cancel within 24 hours.

  • Dislike of material/color
  • Request made after 48 hours
  • Used product or missing tags
  • No opening video for damaged items
