At Chhorii, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange facility under specific conditions.
Exchange Policy
- ❖ Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- ❖ A clear and uncut opening video is mandatory for any damage-related exchange.
- ❖ Sale/discounted items or items purchased using coupons are not eligible for exchange.
- ❖ Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Conditions for Exchange
- • The product must be unused and unwashed.
- • Returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- • Customized or altered items are not eligible.
- • Exchange denied if reason is simply "dislike fabric/color".
- • Size exchange includes a ₹200 courier fee.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In case of a damaged product (with valid opening video proof), customers can:
- Opt for an exchange (design change)
- Or request store credit (voucher code)
Store credit will be emailed to your registered ID. For issues: support@chhorii.in
Reverse Pickup
Available for exchange requests.
Fee: ₹200.
Pickup scheduled after payment via link.
Cancellation
- Prepaid: Cannot be canceled.
- COD: Cancel within 24 hours.
