At Chhorii, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange facility under specific conditions.
Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear and uncut opening video is mandatory for any damage-related exchange.

Sale/discounted items or items purchased using coupons/gift vouchers are not eligible for exchange.

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order, especially for sale items.
Conditions for Exchange:

The product must be unused and unwashed.

The item should be returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Customized or altered items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are not accepted if the customer dislikes the fabric or color. Please review all product details and images before purchase.

Size exchange is subject to availability and includes a ₹200 courier fee.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In case of a damaged product (with valid opening video proof), customers can:

Or request store credit in the form of a voucher code

Reverse Pickup Facility
Yes, we offer reverse pickup for exchange requests. A fee of ₹200 applies. Once the request is approved, a payment link will be sent. Pickup will be scheduled only after payment confirmation.
Express Delivery

Order Cancellation

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Size Issue?
If the item doesn’t fit, you may request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Email us at support@chhorii.in to initiate the process. A courier fee of ₹200 is applicable.

Exchange may be denied if:
